- 1 dried turkish bay leaf
- 4 small yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- seas salt, or to taste
- 1 bottle Bay Harbor clam juice
- 2 small cans Bay Harbor chopped clams
- 1 can of Bay Harbor clam stock
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish
