  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic , fresh
  • 4 stalk Celery , leaves removed, small dice
  • 4 med Carrot , peeled and diced small
  • 5 med Russet Potato , peeled and diced small
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Fresh , pulled from stem & chopped
  • 2 ea Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 4 cup Clam Juice
  • 4 cup Chopped Clam
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper , ground
  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removed and leaves chopped
