Ingredients

  • 2 oz. plain flour, mixed together with:
  • Quarter of a teaspoon of curry powder
  • Quarter of a teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Quarter of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Quarter of a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/4 lbs. fresh or thawed frozen whitebait
