- 1-1/2 lb ground chuck hamburger meat (YOU CAN ALSO USE DEER MEAT OR turkey)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of French onion soup (OR CREAM OF ONION)
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 yellow onions diced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup green onions (bottom & tops)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
- seasonings: salt, pepper and garlic (to your taste)
- a little water
- OPTIONAL: YOU CAN ALSO ADD crawfish tails, COOKED eggplant, chicken GIZZARDS OR oysters TO THIS RECIPE ( SHE DONT BUT SOME DO)
