- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Creole-type seasoning
- 2 3/4 cups chicken stock or water
- 26 oz Pomi chopped tomatoes or rotel if you like it spicy
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked rice (I use Treader Joe's brown Medley)
- 1 pound crawfish tails, shrimp, lobster, or crabmeat
