Ingredients

  • Ingredients for the sauce:
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup minced garlic
  • 1 diced large onion
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 16 oz can whole tomatoes
  • 10 large bay leaves
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/1 pound italian sausage
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 16 oz container ricotta cheese
  • salt pepper to taste
  • noodles and cheese:
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • I used barilla oven ready lasagna pasta no boiling needed
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Fontina cheese
  • ½ mixed parmesan and pecorino romana cheese
  • ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese
  • Preheat oven at 375

This Has To Be The Most Yummy Lasagna I Have Ever Tasted Just The Right Amount Of Sauce To Cheese/noddle Ratio. The Picture Shows A Slice Missing We Had To Get The Babys Part Out To Cool Off So We Could All Eat At The Same Time! Side Note She Also Loved
