Ingredients
- 2-3 large bell peppers (I prefer red) cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 large onion cut into ¼ inch strips
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- ¼-1/2 teaspoons each cayenne pepper & white pepper (depending on how much eat you like)
- 1 Teaspoon dried basil leaf
- 2 Teaspoons dried oregano leaf
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- salt to taste
- 1 package frozen crayfish meat, defrosted and drained (usually comes in 12 ounce packages)
- 1 cup shredded cheese, Mexican blend or sharp cheddar
- corn tortillas
