- 1/4 of a small onion chopped
- 4 oz. ground sausage
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded cabage ( red or green)
- 1/4 cup grated carrots or zuchini (optional)
- 1/2-3/4 cooked basmati rice (white or brown)
- 1/2 grated cheese of choice
- red pepper flakes
- sea salt
- pepper
