Ingredients
- 4-5 medium size potatoes
- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 2 chilly.. or more
- 1 medium size tomato or some fine juliens of raw mango
- 1/4 teaspoon of fine chopped ginger
- 1/4 chat masala powder
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- pinch of red chilly powder
- 1tbsp of coriander chutney/ If you can find an Indian store try Imli chutney
- some sugar and salt according to taste
- Some pomegranate to garnish and peanuts
- Fresh finely chopped coriander/mint

This Is A Street Food, Toughest Thing To Try At Home And Bring Back The Taste. An Attempt Here..This Is Healthier Version Than Fried Stuff. Goes Very Well With Beer, Whisky, Rum.. Except Wine. So Bitchy.. Totally Over A Gossip Session With My Girlfriends.
