Rugelach Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • This is the classic recipe but you can fill the dough with so many other fillings such as:
  • chocolate chips and walnuts
  • raspberry preserves
  • apricot preserves
  • nutella and hazelnuts
