- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 4 cardamoms
- 1 stick cinnamon broken up
- 5 red hot dried chili peppers
- 10 black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seed
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 sliced apple
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 table spoon maple syrup(light)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Description
I Got A Chicken Dhansak At An Indian Restaurant, Where They Used Pineapple As Part Of The Curry, Which Was A Shame Because A Friend Wanted To Try It But Is Allergic To Pineapple, Thus A Rough Draft For A Work Around. I'll Refine This A Little Later
