- 500gm - boiled and peeled potatoes
- 1/2 cup - sagu (sabudana)
- 4 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup - chopped green coriander leaves
- 25gm - peeled chopped ginger
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp peanut (with the skin removed) ground coarsely
- 1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup ghee (or oil)
- salt to taste
