Ingredients
For The Mango Salsa1 (abt 400g) semi-riped mango - remove skin and cut into small cubes
1 red chilly - sliced thinly
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
4 stalks of mint leaves - pull out the leaves from the stem
For The Tandoori Chicken
400g chicken meat - cut into bite sizes
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp plain chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
1/2 tbsp grounded/blended garlic
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
