- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced across grain or ground beef
- 1 lg onion, thinly sliced
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c bean sprouts
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 6 oz vermicelli or thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2-3 c broccoli florets, cooked
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 can(s) water chestnuts, drained (8oz)
Description
This Is A Taste Of Home Recipe...I Think. With Some Of My Tweaking. I Use Steak Instead Of The Hamburger, Fresh Mushrooms And A Bag Of Broccoli Florets From The Produce Section... One Small Bag Was Just Right! Yummy!
