  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans, walnuts or pine nuts (see note)
  • vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon or horseradish mustard
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
