  • 4 cups Mixed Baby Asian Greens, such as mizuna or tatsoi, or curly endive
  • 13 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 13 cup Walnuts, toasted, pecans or pine nuts work too
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard, or horseradish mustard
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
