  • 2 cans (13 oz. each) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed red peppers
