- 3 cups mashed cooked acorn squash
- salt & pepper to taste

Oh This Was So Good! The Flavor Was Fantastic! Great For A Dinner Party Before Main Dont Have To Have A Great Big Bowl. I Also Made Parsnip Chips, They Were Also Yummy, I Make Them Quite Often.
