Ingredients

• 1 pound fresh sliced button mushrooms
• 3/4 pound sliced cremini mushrooms
• 2 diced shallots (optional)
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 9 Tbl. butter
• 9 Tbl flour
• 4 1/2 cups half and half
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1 tsp fresh rosemary
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 1 -2 cloves minced garlic ( like mine garlicky)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• dash of hot sauce (optional)

Description

This Recipe Is Very Easy, But Very Good. We Used To Make This At A Restaurant That I Managed. We Also Made A Pasta Sauce With It Just Omit Chicken Stock Adda Little Roux And Cooked Chicken To It. Most Poular Dish On The Menu!!!
