Ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 3 T all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 package (24 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained (I have also used fresh broccoli, cut into very small spears, & it's still delish.)
- 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs, optional
