- 1/2 cup all Purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 (15.5 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup dried mixed fruit bits (apples, apricots, dates)
- 1 cup ripe mashed banana

To Make This Healthy Or Just Plain Good Use Low Sugar Or Low Fat. I Prefer It Without The Low Sugar. I Love It The Way It Is.
