Good And Fruity Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup all Purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (15.5 oz.) jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup dried mixed fruit bits (apples, apricots, dates)
  • 1 cup ripe mashed banana

To Make This Healthy Or Just Plain Good Use Low Sugar Or Low Fat. I Prefer It Without The Low Sugar. I Love It The Way It Is.
