Baked Ziti With Spinach And Smoked Gouda Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz uncooked ziti
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1 c chopped yellow bell pepper (it's still good if you leave this out!)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can diced tomoatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
  • 1 can italian seasoned diced tomatoes
  • 4 c baby spinach
  • 1 1/4 c shredded, smoked gouda cheese, divided (can substitute smoked cheddar)
  • cooking spray
