- â¢4 cans (14 ounces each) diced stewed tomatoes (preferably Italian-style)
- â¢3 Tablespoons tomato paste
- â¢Sea salt, to taste
- â¢Black pepper, to taste
- â¢1/2 teaspoon sugar
- â¢1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves or parsley flakes
- â¢1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves or 1 Tablespoon fresh minced
- â¢1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves or 1-1/2 Tablespoon fresh chopped

- â¢14 ounces small curd cottage cheese (low-fat works best)
- â¢2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- â¢2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or similar favorite)

- â¢3/4 cup brown mushrooms, sliced or chopped (uncooked)
