  • 1 stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 Tbs. raisins
  • 4 C. Herb seasoned Stuffing such as Stove Top
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 pound)
  • paprika OR ground cinnamon
  • apple slices for garnish
