- 1 lb of ground pork
- 1/4 pound of minced shrimp (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 head of napa cabbage
- 1 stalk of green onion - cut into 1/2 inches sections
- 1 can of water chestnuts
- 1 can of mushrooms
- approximately 12 cups of chicken broth (I use low sodium)
- Worchester sauce to taste
- soy sauce to taste
