  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of all natural applesauce (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 medium apple, peeling on, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
