Adobo Ni Edith Recipe


  • 1/2 kilo pork pang-adobo
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 big potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 TSP sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pepper and salt to taste


A Version Of Adobo The Way My Late Mother Used To Make. This Is One Of My Favorite Dishes.
