- Flank Steak:
- 3 lbs flank steak
- 2/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp ginger root, grated
- 2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
