Ingredients
- 1 deep-dish pie crust, cooked according to packaged directions
- 8-10 stalks of fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cottage cheese (I used small curd)
- 3/4 lb. swiss cheese (I used a .8 lb block of Jarlsberg semi-soft swiss)
- 4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

This Is A Recipe I Came Up With That Just Accidentally Happened To Come Out Fabulously. It's Probably The Best Quiche I've Ever Had And My Family LOVED It. I'll Definitely Make This Again.
