- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts or toasted slivered almonds
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

I'm Posting This Recipe For All Of You Who Prefer To Use Ground Turkey Vs. Ground Beef. The Combination Of Flavors In This Medley Is Wonderful. I Think Marinated Cucumbers & Tomatoes Make A Nice Side Dish To Round Out This Healthy Meal.
