- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 475ml chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 30g slivered almonds, toasted
