- 1 tbs canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- l/2 tsp. salt, dried crushed basil & dried crushed thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1-2 minced clove garlic
- 6 carrots, quartered & cut into 1/2 pieces
- 6 boiling onions( any onions will work - just quarter them)
- 1/4 cups quick-cooking tapioca
