Ingredients
- 2lb fresh fish fillets(white fish works best)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups julienned veggies(zucchini, squash, broccoli or cauliflower hearts cabbage, etc)
- 1 leek or 2 green onions, sliced
- 8oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 stick butter, melted
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1-2 tsp cayenne(or paprika if less heat is preferred)
- fresh herbs, depending on preference(dill, basil, rosemary, thyme, chives)
- salt and pepper
