Pear Brandy Pound Cake Recipe

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 cups corn oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 cups finely chopped pears
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup pear nectar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

This Recipe Came From An Estate Sale. I Obtained It When I Purchased The Family Collection From The Bradley Estate In Arlington, Texas In 1987.
