  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Filling:
  • ½ C. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 C. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Salty Caramel:
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • ½ C. light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Fleur de Sel finishing salt for Garnish
