Potato Chip Bread Crumb Breading Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fish (I used cod and had three fillets)
  • 1/3 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/3 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. seasoning of your choice (I used lemon pepper)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbs water
  • oil for frying (I used a canola/vegetable blend)

Description

I Had Leftover Potato Chips One Day Along With Fish In The Refrigerator So I Came Up With This. The Measurements I Give Here Were Enough For One Pound Of Cod And Two Quartered, Small Potatoes.
