Ingredients
- 1 pound of fish (I used cod and had three fillets)
- 1/3 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/3 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. seasoning of your choice (I used lemon pepper)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbs water
- oil for frying (I used a canola/vegetable blend)
Description
I Had Leftover Potato Chips One Day Along With Fish In The Refrigerator So I Came Up With This. The Measurements I Give Here Were Enough For One Pound Of Cod And Two Quartered, Small Potatoes.
