- 6 eggs, hard cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup creamy salad dressing (i use either a prepared white, creamy coleslaw dressing or something like Miracle Whip -- you can use regular mayo too though)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 cup pitted kalmeta olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, chopped/crumbled
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 seedless, english cucumber, sliced
- a few sliced red onion rings (optional)
- 2 whole wheat pita pockets, cut in half (so you have 4 "pockets")
