- 2 cans of artichoke hearts( not marinated)chopped
- 2 C grated parmesaen cheese
- 2 jalepenos seeded and dice very fine
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- one grind of fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tblsp oil
