• 1 can artichoke hearts in water
• 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
• 3 cloves roasted garlic (you can use minced if you prefer)
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
• 1 cup shredded Italian cheese mix (mozzerella, romano, parm etc)
• 1/2 cup mozzerella/parmesan mix for topping
• 1 tbsp papricka
• 1 tbsp cayenne (less for the faint of heart)
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 1/4 cup chicken broth

Description

A Twist On The Old Time Favorite Spinich And Artichoke Dip, Hearty Enough To Be A Meal. Just Serve With Cut Up Vegetables, Crackers And Tortilla Chips.
