  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pound oven-roasted turkey breast from deli, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 3 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
  • 2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
