- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 bunch rapini or broccoli rabe
- 1 salt-packed anchovy, filleted, rinsed, and finely minced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Ground cayenne pepper
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
