  • Warm water, for soaking rice sheets

For the dipping sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • Pinch chopped scallions
  • Pinch chopped cilantro leaves
