Topping:

  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup old fashioned style oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, chilled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
