- 3 cups all-purpose flour, or as needed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, washed and chopped fine
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 10 ounces milk plus 2 ounces
- 2 ounces canola oil
- 2 ounces flour
