Ingredients

  1. 4 cups plain whole milk yogurt (see Note)
  2. 12 large scallions, finely chopped
  3. 2 jalapeos, seeded and minced
  4. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  5. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  6. Salt
  7. 1 pomegranate, seeded (1 cup)
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  9. 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  10. Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
