  8. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  9. Cayenne pepper
  10. Large pinch of cream of tartar
  11. 2 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  12. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  13. 1 small shallot, chopped
  14. 1 tablespoon honey
  15. 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
  16. 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  17. 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  18. 1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
