Ingredients

  • 1 pound fettuccine

    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 1/2 8-ounce packages frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, quartered
    • 1 1/2 cups crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (about 6 ounces)
    • 1 cup whipping cream
    • 1 cup half and half
    • 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    • 3 large eggs, beaten to blend
    • 8 slices cooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 3 ounces)
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
