- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 6 cups mâche, (see Ingredient Note) or Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
