  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 6 cups arugula leaves
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms


A Creamy Garlic Dressing Is A Nice Foil For Peppery Greens. Feel Free To Substitute Watercress For The Arugula.
