  • 12 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls, split
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese, or cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
  • 16 slices Kosher Dill Pickles, 1/8-inch-thick lengthwise slices
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
